These can help parents with a first time baby or for those with other little ones. As a doula I can help your family settle into that new routine the way YOU want, with no judgement or opinions on how you choose to do so. Only offering knowledge and support where requested.
I offer postpartum support for you and your beautiful new addition at the above price, for 2 to 5 hour sessions depending on your needs until the baby is 8 weeks old.
This would include:
Caring for your baby and/or other little one(s) whilst you rest, have an appointment, catch date night or just want a bit of you time!
Offering social support through a friendly chat, discuss your birth experience or just acting as an ‘agony aunt’ whilst you vent (if needed)
Support with infant feeding (breast or bottle)
Offer new born baby advice and support
Going for walks with the pram to keep you company and/or get you used to taking the baby outside
Helping with mum's post-birth comfort measures
Taking care of light household cleaning, such as dishes, tidying up, and laundry
